服務內容

揪揪咧提供附近團購、預購、訂單、付款及取餐資訊服務。商品內容、供應、品質與取餐履行由各商家負責；平台提供交易流程與紀錄。

帳戶責任

你應提供正確資料、妥善保管密碼，並只使用自己的帳戶。不得冒用他人身分、測試未授權帳戶、干擾服務或嘗試繞過權限與安全限制。

團購、付款與退差價

價格階梯、優惠門檻、截單、付款方式與取餐時間以各團頁面為準。免費上線初期，新團購款項由顧客依頁面指示，按商品原價直接支付給商家；揪揪咧及 Koko 不代收、保管或撥付餐費。商家確認收款後，訂購數量才正式計入。只要商家確認收款，即使最終未達第一階優惠門檻，商家仍應照常出餐；截單時以商家已確認付款的有效份數決定最終價格，商家須將原價與最終價格的差額直接退還顧客並於平台記錄，完成後才可核銷取餐。訂單取消或無法履約時，退款由收款商家依頁面規則及適用法律辦理；既有 PayPal 歷史訂單仍依原付款服務商流程處理。

商家義務

商家須確保商品、價格、庫存、食品資訊及營業資料正確，並遵守食品安全、消費者保護、稅務與其他適用法規。不得查看或操作其他商家的資料。

服務可用性

我們會合理維護安全與穩定，但網路、付款服務商、主機或不可抗力可能造成短暫中斷。發現異常時，請勿重複付款，應先確認訂單狀態。

終止與聯絡

嚴重違規、詐欺或危害服務安全時，帳戶可能被限制。你可從「帳戶與隱私」提出刪除申請。其他問題可透過 Kokoshungsan Ltd 官方網站聯絡。

JiuJiuLe coordinates group ordering and pickup but does not collect or hold payment for new merchant-direct groups. Customers prepay the merchant at the regular price. A merchant-confirmed paid order must be fulfilled even when the first discount tier is not reached. At closing, the final price is determined by the number of merchant-confirmed paid items. The merchant must return any difference between the regular and final prices before pickup is redeemed. Merchants remain responsible for refunds, fulfilment, food safety and applicable law.
